Utilizing Zhongzheng modular container houses and prefabricated fences, a 5000㎡ standardized factory building was rapidly constructed in 30 days, meeting the high-intensity usage requirements of logistics and warehousing, and earning the title of "Annual High-Quality Industrial Building."

Using Zhongzheng space capsules and metal carved houses, 12 panoramic stargazing rooms and 8 artistic mountain residences were created, achieving operational readiness in 45 days. With an occupancy rate exceeding 95% during peak season, it has become a new landmark for cultural tourism.

200 sets of quick-assembly containers and color steel plate houses were urgently deployed, completing the construction of 3 disaster relief command centers and temporary shelters for 1500 people in 72 hours. The structures withstood heavy rainfall without leakage, receiving special commendation from the civil affairs department.

Using Zhongzheng's customized steel structure frame and double-layer LOW-E glass curtain wall system, the precise installation of a 23,000㎡ ultra-large curved curtain wall was achieved. The wind pressure resistance reached level 12, earning a "Luban Prize" nomination.
